Add `-condebug` to your tf2 launch options

Tested on https://github.com/xenia-canary/xenia-canary/commit/9c74b4caba5a2f35f40c20ac555abe9e21e02b93 Game launches and am able to play the game normally however HINT text shows up as a glitchy mess. `break_on_unimplemented_instructions=false` required.
