What OS were you on, and what's the version and vendor of your vulkan driver?

I have just experienced this crash but I am not using -vulkan (my only option is +mat_dxlevel 90)

Crash message: https://imgur.com/jaHE7Sm

I was changing maps from rotunda to pelican peak (casual queue) which happened during the kill cam after a spy backstabbed me.

Windows 10 Pro V1903 or 10.0.18362 - Intel i5-7500 - 32gb RAM - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (driver version 556.12)

Launch options -novid -high -windowed -noborder -sillygibs

This was after a successful map change vote at the end of a casual cp_hardwood_final match.
