Which platform did you test on? I get this error on wayland KDE: qt.qpa.wayland: Failed to create popup. Ensure popup QWidgetWindow(0x5587af7a3e40, name="CountdownWindowClassWindow") has a transientParent set.

@mmahmoudian did the feature work for you? It compiled for me but gave that as a runtime error. I think I would actually use this a lot in my workflow...

Flameshot only captures the secondary monitor, with it's GUI on the primary one.

Can you confirm if you restart flameshot after attaching the external monitor the issue is resolved?

PR #4045 should fix this, but not ready for merging yet. Feel free to test on more than just KDE wayland and leave feedback on the PR.

[Feature Request] support custom default tool not default to move tool

My inclination is to leave the default as is since any tool is a hotkey press away, and I think going forward we need more simplicity and less configuration, unless...
