[Feature Request] support custom default tool not default to move tool

Feature Description

Can flameshot automatically activate a specific tool after taking a screenshot? For instance, to automatically activate arrow or the brush, the default is now the Move tool

My inclination is to leave the default as is since any tool is a hotkey press away, and I think going forward we need more simplicity and less configuration, unless the configuration really offers something. The code base has grown quite complex.

Despite being a config aficionado and automation fan, I agree with @borgmanJeremy on both fronts. I acknowledge that people have a set of tools that they often use, but all those tools are always one key press away.

I think this can be a candidate for a plugin rather than the main software, although the current draft of plugin system does not cover such behavioral modification.

From a novice user perspective, my personal preference would be:

1. (new) Shape select tool always selected by default, when no other tools are selected
2. (new) added indicator on selected shape

However, it may be a little beyond the scope of this specific request.
