Are you pressing update model? And can you take a look at the Python console and see if any errors are being reported.
You are running short on memory. You are trying to generate a 1024x1024 image on your 6GB system. As the log shows, it is taking up to nearly 6GB VRAM...
Model Manager still needs some refinement unless we finish it today which I don't think we can. So maybe for the next double point release.
