The test of polyhedralgrid fails due to a degenerated element (volume near zero).
As long as CpGrid stays usable without too many ecl/opm-isms I am fine. Would the information be used for anything else besides for logging? If not, why complicate the code....

@vkip Should this still be reviewed and merged or is this resolved in another way already? The question is: Wouldn't an engineer expect the defaults of the commercial simulator?
