Right edge of UI sometimes spills outside of window bounds

I have some additional context to add here. Seems that this issue is reproducible on opening an existing score **using 4.6.0+** (steps shown in video do not reproduce in 4.5.2)....

Copy/paste in bars with local time signatures

Recall last Transpose settings when reopening the Transpose window

I think this makes sense. Only possible restriction might be that the dialog resets on closing and reopening the score.

Make Soloist Button Does Nothing

It seems like the errant bracket is on account of two instruments being the same (and one of them being made 'soloist').

Chord Symbols should be freely positionable anywhere in a measure, like dynamics

We may also need to consider this in light of other objects that currently behave in a similar way (figured bass?). Some design thinking will likely be needed @avvvvve @oktophonie.
