Right edge of UI sometimes spills outside of window bounds

Description with steps to reproduce

Simplest scenario:

1. Click the 'Workspaces' button in the bottom bar
2. Click 'Edit workspace'
3. Reset the current workspace
4. See that the arrow button next to the zoom level has been cut off in the bottom right corner of the window.

This can be fixed by resizing the window.

When you've completed the above steps without yet resizing the window, if you move a side-docked panel to the right, they are cut off by ~20px on the right side too.

I have noticed this issue before via circumstances unrelated to resetting the workspace, but these are the easiest reproduction steps I could find.

I have some additional context to add here.

Seems that this issue is reproducible on opening an existing score using 4.6.0+ (steps shown in video do not reproduce in 4.5.2).
