This issue appears to be specific to the Touhou Soundfont. Unfortunately, we don't currently plan to address it.
@Eism has recently made some changes to address issues like this. @Oldcamel86 @sfreyer Could this please be retested in 4.3.1 and master to see whether the specific issue raised here...
