I agree, but why not coordinate this via an RFC (issue) as suggested in this thread? I think the learning team would also like to know about / weigh in...

Does `ember-angle-bracket-invocation-polyfill` need to be Embroider compat? Angles are fully supported in Ember v3.10+, so might be overkill?

Is this issue still needed / relevant?

FYI, this PR seems to undo the fix implemented over in https://github.com/ember-cli/ember-cli/pull/9500. Do these scripts still work on windows? Somewhat related: I also created https://github.com/ember-cli/ember-cli/issues/9966 a while ago.
