We can see [here](https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/bereng/cassandra/1167/workflows/462b2635-e6b9-4dca-9453-2240a946caea) the workflow correctly removed and preserved the jobs for `./generate.sh -ps -e REPEATED_JVM_DTESTS=org.apache.cassandra.distributed.test.UpgradeSSTablesTest#upgradeSSTablesInterruptsOngoingCompaction -e REPEATED_JVM_DTESTS_COUNT=500`
