Hi @barbalex, the current visuals are by design. I'll follow up with our design team to see if they want to change Field's label alignment.

This will be fixed by #30732. (Note that PR is currently waiting on a final design, but will be merged once we have the padding values from design.)

Updated the title to clarify that the request is to add a file picker control; not to add support for picking files to the `Input` control.
