Do you have that symptom?

You can get pod IPs via `kubectl get pods -o wide`. I can’t think of a way to get the node gateway addresses short of visiting each node and running...

EDIT: Option 1 Sounds reasonable. Have you tried using a tool which is aimed at machine-editing yaml files like this, e.g. Kustomize?

Yes, adding a comment or the default to the yaml sounds reasonable.

This looks like what #3815 fixed, which is in 2.6.5 and 2.7.0
