That analysis seems correct.
Looks like an integration is pushing the wrong info to the state machine. What integration provides this?
the problem here is that the state is set to `None` and not `unavailable` or `unknown`. `None` is not a valid value.
merging this as it's not going into dev. The branch will need to be rebased and fixed before it can be merged.
Run your command twice, second time with `--delete` will delete the files after and won't re-upload the files the second time you run it.

It would have to be manually invoked. Most people are not developing languages locally. You develop RTL locally but not the actual strings.
