Glad it is now working! We'll be making some modifications to avoid issues when connecting through proxy servers - I'll leave this open until those changes are implemented.

@sbenz-geo are you also going through a proxy server?

@AravindSathya - have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes the password will end up there.

@nitinsdg - a server went down on Tuesday night but has since been fixed. Let us know if you still see any issues, as it should now be working fine
