@gdaldegan - let's chat on this. Would be nice to have the combined SDG layer returned from the one step tool rather than requiring it be computed locally if GEE...
I like this idea! Users should already get the notification from QGIS itself (I know it checks for plugin updates, and believe it notifies users, but we'd have to check)....
