Would it be helpful to create a folder for proposals we submit for talks at conferences, occasionally even funding proposals (if we're able to share those), etc.?
- read docs/google first - use help desk for all requests - how tickets are triaged/assigned/prioritized - expectations for turnaround time - individual help/paid services - metrics/feedback/etc
