How should link descriptions handle multiple paragraphs?

Some options:
<br/>between the former paragraphs, within the<p class="link-roundup">- Let paragraphs be paragraphs, wrap the whole description in a
<div class="link-roundup">and let paragraphs be paragraphs - Trim the description with something like
largo_excerptdown to just one paragraph, and warn that that's the limit in the description editor
