auto-publish roundup posts

From a discussion with Aspen Journalism:

For a low effort way to generate a daily roundup post/email, instead of requiring people to actually assemble the post, just grab the links that have been saved since the last roundup (or in the last 24 hrs) and auto-publish a post and push to mailchimp.

This would basically be a set it and forget it option for smaller shops that might not want to be as hands on with editing and assembling the roundup posts.
