Thanks for the new view. I was looking at with dpoit enabled. It looks totally fine me. I suspect we are in driver-differences-territory... Does clamping `physicalMaterial.specularColor` fixes it for you?

Sounds like you want a local coordinate system for a pdb file. That does only work if there is just a single file loaded.

There already is a `CustomModelProperty` called `Model.Index` that gets added by the `StructureInfo` behavior. Maybe the model-index color theme could be extended to use the `Model.Index` in addition to `Model.TrajectoryInfo`....
