Currently, one can't restart, e.g. `SURVIVOR simSV`, using a seed as input via CLI. Perhaps [`rand()`](https://github.com/fritzsedlazeck/SURVIVOR/search?q=rand&unscoped_q=rand) could be replaced by `srand()`. Thank you.
