I cannot reproduce. In all cases, it takes me to the bottom of the chat, which I think is expected since we do not have comment level linking yet.
@NikkiWines - can you link the issue you are referring to? And if it makes sense can you degrade this issue to a weekly or monthly?
Amazing - https://github.com/Expensify/App/issues/29825#issuecomment-1778453846 already has the fix outlined. I will add an external label to this so a contributor can make the change
