It was also be good to get some kind of CI running against each PR as well to validate that their contributions will build correctly.
@jessicaschilling this issue had actually been fixed for months, I would close but seems like a useful point for other work

@Ricardo-Silva91 both options seem to have some significant drawbacks, I'd suggest sticking closer to GitHub reviews to avoid extra complexity and dependencies on extra systems.
The readme no longer needs updating (it happens automatically) but there is a conflict in the tools.yaml file that is preventing this from being merged
