Agree with @xadamy, you're only gaming yourself as we don't have any prizes, we also randomize the top people/orgs on the homepage for that same reason

As far as I know Percy is the best one, I seem to remember them offering a free-for-open-source kinda plan too

I think it's related to https://github.com/24pullrequests/24pullrequests/issues/3490 and the auto-gifting logic

@gep13 there's a rake task that runs to auto-gift things every so often, so it's eventually consistent, although that should have been "gifted" straight away so I'd still say it's...
