Yes, that's probably too old. We can't reproduce this with our machines. Is there any information when you try to open Seg3D on Windows 10? Possibly on the command line?
Is your machine in French?
This was a problem again. @jessdtate should at least some error or log message come through instead of doing nothing and then reporting success?
Installer sometimes doesn't work when there is an existing Seg3D Application. (Seen on OSX so far.) Get a qt cocoa error.

3D painting and arbitrary slice visualization need VTK before being implemented.
Work around is to delete the cache and reassign Qt5_PATH.
Closes #349 and hopefully #132, but Windows still has squished widgets on high resolution monitors.

I think this is for the length of the normals.
