I think this is a BE issue. The [reportAction](https://github.com/Expensify/App/blob/9368566b52364a34747d8f97d3de7f427b3e0712/src/pages/home/report/ContextMenu/BaseReportActionContextMenu.tsx#L135) data that comes from `pusher` doesn't have `childReportID` that used [here](https://github.com/Expensify/App/blob/9368566b52364a34747d8f97d3de7f427b3e0712/src/pages/home/report/ContextMenu/BaseReportActionContextMenu.tsx#L146) which break showing the hold item.
