After updating to 8.6.6 my new tab page looks misaligned

Setting `browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.newtabLayouts.variant-b` to `true` using `about:config` fixes this issue for me on Firefox Developer Edition 136.0b9 and v8.6.6. ![Image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/51e0e8fb-0b49-4df0-a4d0-efb8c05e74a3)

Mute Tab button too big on Pinned Tabs
