I verified that all the Tasks that execute binary dependencies directly have this enabled, so `extract_files` and `extract_artifacts` are the last couple places this should get turned on if possible.
What's the use-case or steps to reproduce this here? Is this when revoking, re-auth'ing and then re-running `turbiniactl`?
