I do not use Windows 10, so the Linux Subsystem isn't useable for me.

I got it to work by recompiling the latest source of the dev branch.

That was tried in Windows 7. When I tried doing the same in Windows 10, it doesn't crash but also doesn't display the overlay.

1. It is the latest stable release. 2. It is SP1 (x64). By the way, I am using the Classic Theme.
