I don't know how to use GitHub Actions/AppVeyor. Someone else can make a PR that gets it built and archived via either of those.

I don't think it can be made any faster. I did notice a slight increase in speed when switching from a Debug build to a Release build though.

Also, VS 2017 found more than WDK 7.1.0. The list of them is available at https://pastebin.com/z1HRcXhn.

Well, the issue is getting the PL_MPEG code to be used when Quartz.dll is called to handle a MPEG-1 video.

Can anyone do it?
