Depending on how it gets stuck you might have some luck with adding vines to `blocksToAvoid`, though I doubt that's all that useful when there's too many vines around.
Downloading artifacts directly from GitHub does indeed require you to be logged in to GitHub, but afaik the links rfresh adds to his update prs do not. Whether you trust...
