因為有多台電腦，需要經常在不同電腦間同步sn_list 希望能在config.json填入sn_list的網址，直接讀取線上的sn_list，省去手動同步的麻煩

奇怪的幀數波動

2.0版 如果"AutoDisableVSync=false"，幀數會有奇怪的波動 上一個版本"VSYNC=1"則正常 如果關閉VSYNC則會有嚴重的撕裂

如果开播后自动录制，更改录制画质不生效，还是录制原画 推测是因为刚开播其他画质还没转码完成 无法获取 建议如果有改画质可以等抓取到指定画质再开始录制
