[Issue]: xiaomi pad 6 pro strange frame drops and stuttering

Describe the bug

On the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro (8+ Gen1 Android 13), stuttering occurs every second. Although Moonlight's frame rate monitor shows 120fps, the system's built-in frame rate monitor hovers around 103fps.

I additionally tested Xiaomi pad 5 pro (S870 android13), and it ran very smoothly without any stuttering.

i may got the same issue as you, it seems like a frame skip almost regularity, not so sure though... by see your post, i noticed that it might be the codec problem that cause this issue. Like you say, on xiaomi pad 5 pro, it's OMX, idk what is it but diffrent with the newer device. still look for solution...
