Can confirm the issue on the latest explorer. German locale, too. Ubuntu 18.04 - Firefox 

A hyperlink to the subgraph profile itself would be also nice.

I also just saw, if you want to make a signal to a subgraph, you first have to approve it and then you are automatically forwarded to the second transaction....
