Feature request - Explorer : "Current indexing" tab on profile page needs more meaningful information

The "current indexing" tab on a profile shows the hex represenation of a deployment. It would be more useful to additionally/alternatively show the subgraph name and subgraph ipfs hash here, at least from the perspective of an indexer and how we operate during P1 mission control.

A hyperlink to the subgraph profile itself would be also nice.

Yep, this is in our designs, just didn't get a chance to implement it. Should be next on my list
