This is specifically the PMU driver in HAL receiving too many interrupts in quick succession, ie, running out of unused DPC slots (of which there are 16) at interrupt time....
This would be because loading drivers.img from cd failed for some reason. During arc firmware init, it tries to load drivers.img from cd, and if that succeeds it will set...

Are you loading the USB driver in setupldr?
You need to load the USB driver as well as the sd card driver.
probably not possible, NT expects 640x480 resolution as minimum, at least under text setup, so some part of the screen is always going to be cut off there. for PAL...
