try and disable fast rendering

that probably is a optifine issue, the moment the block colours are generated the texture is still empty. even tho in normal forge game the texture should be loaded by...

pink happens if the mod was unable to get the right texture when generating colours. you could add the colours to the overwrite file yourself for the missing blocks

delete the config files. (MapWriter.cfg, MapWriterBlockColourOverrides.txt, MapWriterBlockColours.txt) see if there is a error in the logs relating to mapwriter

in minecraft 1.8 this is automaticly done, becouse minecraft/forge changed every thing to feet coords. and thus i dont think it's off much use to fix this in 1.7.10.

i poked around a bit in the source and was able to fix this problem. the only downside is that i had to redo the way anvil data is saved...
