what version are you using?

could you update to a later version and see what the console spams then? (it should spittout a more meaningfull error.)

it seems that the new apple keyboards dont have a button for delete... (dont mean backspace). what i can find online is that you need to use a key combination....

is there any thing in the logs that explains why there is lag?

i already did the changeover to names in 1.8. :) (also becouse id's can change every time you start the game) as for the second that is a good idea,...

disable ingame markers and the game shouldnt crash, as for why it happens i will have to do some investigating

i know of this problem, and just like you searched for it a long time, but cant find anything that is the cause of this.
