Crashes 1.8.9 client on startup

Did this happen when you died?

and are you using a modpack so i can try to recreate this crash?

I didn't get a chance to die. The client was starting up, mapwriter was in it and the client wouldn't start. I remove mapwriter and the client starts.

This for my modpack the Extreme 1.8.9 Mega Pack found at http://kreezcraft.com for MultiMC and also on Technic at http://technicpack.net/modpack/extreme-189-mega-pack.815083 as a solder enabled incremental distribution.

Mapwriter is currently not in it.
