So I think in this case there would be? I.e. after `complete` the system is automatically flattened, and when this happens each species have their own name.
And yes, @elbert5770 It might be useful to discuss on Zoom some time. Do you have a link to how Antimony does it?
Well, I think my point is that we already support sub system, and I think that we probably should base our support on compartments around this. But yes, we need...
By default, Catalyst currently let's everything be unitless. I think this is a good default behaviour, and should work fine with compartments (i.e. it already does) if volumes are not...
I might be misunderstanding, but weren't dependent parameters which were just expressions of other parameters? I.e. basically a way to write a commonly occurring parameter expression in a shorter form...
In our case, going through SDAEs shouldn't be a problem though, since Catalyst deals with conservation laws without going through the generation of algebraic equations.
Glad to hear that it is under control. I am a bit confused though, was this feature intentionally withdrawn for now? Maybe more importantly, it is intended to re introduce...
got it, makes sense. thanks again for helping improve the indexing test :)
Sounds like a good point, never really looked at large inputs. @isaacsas probably have a lot more thoughts when it comes to high-end performance though, and probably have more thoughts...
Depending on how we do change things, we might need to be careful regarding homotopy continuation and structural identifiability analysis which depends on preserving the algebraic expressions. Just something to...
