Renaming won't be necessary for UniverSC, it checks for compatible inputs and renames before calling Cell Ranger already (i.e., the functionality of the Python script is already integrated into it)....

Several pull requests have been suggested to add the shebang `#!` to the script lesson (such as this one: https://github.com/swcarpentry/shell-novice/pull/420). However it may be more suitable to include it here...
