At which action did you get the crash? When the dialog appears or on pressing the "save" button?

In KDE Craft we have a blueprint that installs msys, its not perfect but works so far. Today I added the --ask flag to make the blueprint work for now....

@Ede123 as long as the base is old we still would get issue for the initial upgrade, independent of the patch?

There was an issue in desktop clients < 2.7.6 fixed in https://github.com/owncloud/client/pull/8371 . The issue was first discovered in https://github.com/owncloud/client/issues/7999 .
