use 0.3rc2 and if you get Failed to start filtering : failed to open device (code:2) for 1 make sure you enabled a function and for 2 clumsy's filter system...

ofc it runs on most windows o.s also i recommend using 0.3rc2 and for filter wise use inbound and outbound only seems to only work really well with "all sending"...
