Is there a way to run clumsy in Windows 11 using ARM64 (Snapdragon (TM) 7c Gen 2 @ 2.55 GHz 2.55 GHz)?

When I press Start button, "Failed to start filtering: failed to open device (code:1275) Make sure you run clumsy as Administrator" message appears, even when I run as Administrator

ofc it runs on most windows o.s also i recommend using 0.3rc2 and for filter wise use inbound and outbound only seems to only work really well with "all sending" & "all receiving"
