Trying to start clumsy gives me this error message I am running clumsy as administrator

This happened to me randomly, I found that WinDivert was to blame, so uninstalling it should fix it.

WinDivertTool fixed it for me, which just uninstalls WinDivert, then Clumsy will reinstall WinDivert. https://github.com/basil00/WinDivertTool

use 0.3rc2 and if you get Failed to start filtering : failed to open device (code:2) for 1 make sure you enabled a function and for 2 clumsy's filter system seems to only work with the following preset filters "all sending" and "all receiving" basically inbound and outbound
