The PR should be good to go now. I didn't add the previews/docs since we will have a new Preference UI anyway.

Technically, this feature already exists — it is just not exposed in the normal Lawnchair Settings UI though. I'll make a PR doing this soon-ish (no eta).

As this feature is available in the later nightly builds, I'll close this issue.

I've added those languages to Crowdin. Also thanks for reminding me of this PR; I'll just apply some changes tommorow and merge it.
