Shouldn't be caused by a non default location, as mine is in a custom location and didn't have this issue.

Same issue here. Used @CollinChaffin's workaround as a temp solution.

High On Life System Shock Remake I can test both of these, SSR when it releases. I'll report back with HoL asap.

Just loaded up HoL and it does indeed come with Ultra Quality out of the box now. Shame on me for not reading through the whole post, testing the rest...
