+1 @huskyte I would propose that Prusa should fix the issue at the root cause and design a better heatbreak (for a proper solution). Your suggestion is a good one...
How about using a dual gar extruder? maybe one like the extruder from the i3? Then you have a tested design that works https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-MINI/issues/58
I just had to replace the nozzle and I can now recalibrate all printsheets. With this feature I would only have to recalibrate one
