Clicking Extruder gears

Perhaps consider using helical gears for the extruder mechanism, to minimise backlash/noise. At the moment this is the most annoying/noisy part of the printer. Or perhaps stay with spur gear but include at spring loaded tensioning of the gear to reduce backlash/noise.

How about using a dual gar extruder? maybe one like the extruder from the i3? Then you have a tested design that works
