是否需要支持锚点跳转后对应文字高亮

 某一些锚点对应的那行文字太不引人注目了，比如上面的 ref6，跳转后找一找才能够发现（直接贴这样的图片肯定是容易发现的，但实际使用中，有时候很难一下子将目光集中到那一行）。 所以是否需要支持跳转后的文字高亮呢？具体表现我想的是：跳转后黄色的背景高亮，慢慢闪烁一次就好。
